What you’ll do
We’ll look to you to support our Learning & Development team in the administration of learning and development activities. You’ll also get the opportunity to take part in learning and development initiatives to build your skills and experience in the learning and development area.
Throughout the course of your internship, you’ll participate in a number of core events, such as sustainability challenges, spotlight sessions and networking events.
You’ll also be:
Supporting the administration of training and enrolling colleagues onto training programmes
Supporting with invoicing external training and preparing loyalty agreements
Answering requests and questions from the business regarding internal or external training and loyalty agreements
Supporting your team with learning and development projects and campaigns
Completing all relevant learning modules
Completing all placement objectives as agreed with your placement line manager
The skills you’ll need
You’ll need to be educated to degree level in any discipline with strong numerical and logical capability. We’re also looking for someone with a strong customer focus, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Additionally, you’ll need:
Problem solving capabilities, with a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to change
An innovative and creative mind-set
The ability to build great working relationships
What else you need to know
You’ll need to be available to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
