Join NatWest Group for 3 months as a Learning & Development Intern. You\u2019ll be supporting Learning & Development team with a variety of learning and development activities. What you’ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ll look to you to support our Learning & Development team in the administration of learning and development activities. You’ll also get the opportunity to take part in learning and development initiatives to build your skills and experience in the learning and development area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the course of your internship, you’ll participate in a number of core events, such as sustainability challenges, spotlight sessions and networking events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll also be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting the administration of training and enrolling colleagues onto training programmes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting with invoicing external training and preparing loyalty agreements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Answering requests and questions from the business regarding internal or external training and loyalty agreements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting your team with learning and development projects and campaigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completing all relevant learning modules<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completing all placement objectives as agreed with your placement line manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The skills you’ll need<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll need to be educated to degree level in any discipline with strong numerical and logical capability. We\u2019re also looking for someone with a strong customer focus, coupled with excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, you\u2019ll need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Problem solving capabilities, with a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to change<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An innovative and creative mind-set<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ability to build great working relationships<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What else you need to know<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll need to be available to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll receive a monthly salary for the internship (depending on the number of working hours) and gain experience in working in a multicultural international organization. This internship also offers opportunity to meet new people and grow your professional network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
